What should I expect at my appointment?

You will be welcomed at your appointment at Revibe by our patient care coordinator or clinic manager who will escort you to a private treatment room upon your arrival. Who is welcome for treatment at Revibe?

Men, women, and those patients who need treatment for the services we offer are welcome at Revibe Men’s Health and Revibe Weight Loss.

What is the cost for a Revibe consultation?

Our standard consultation fee is $199, we do offer discounted consultations during promotions which are advertised on our website. The following items and services are included with your Revibe consultation.

What is included in the new patient consultation fee?

At Revibe Men’s Health we make it easy and provide patients with everything they need to get started. Each new patient consultation includes an in-office or virtual telehealth visit with a health care professional, a medical health screening, any required lab panel/blood tests, a body fat composition analysis, a recommended customized treatment program and a test dose of medication, if medically qualified.

What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

Does Revibe Men’s Health offer telemedicine or virtual care appointments?

Does Revibe Men’s Health take insurance?

While we do not accept insurance, we offer each individual a combination of the highest quality of medical care, at a cost-effective price. When compared to insurance models that often include deductibles, fees for blood tests and co-pays for each visit, our personalized model proves to be not only superior in service, but also in value.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes, Revibe works with LabCorp on the mainland US, and we work with Diagnostic Labs in Hawaii to offer you options to quickly and efficiently complete any needed lab work.

Do you accept Transfer care patients from other clinics or programs?

Yes, Revibe Men’s Health and Revibe Weight Loss accepts all patients from other clinics who wish to transfer their care to us. Contact us for a medical release form so we can send your records to the receiving clinic. What is included in your all-inclusive Revibe treatment programs?

The Revibe program and treatment plan includes all office visits, all healthcare professional consultations, lab work, and customized medications made in our partner compounding pharmacy just for you.

What is the Revibe VIP program?

The Revibe VIP program is a loyalty program for members which allows them to receive special members-only benefits like members-only pricing, discounts, and value-added or free services based on their interest.

Do you offer military and first responder programs or discounts?

What kind of treatments or conditions does Revibe Men’s Health specialize in?

Revibe has specialized in low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and has offered customized medical solutions to men since 2011.
In 2021, we broadened our services to support men’s health and wellness. How is Renaissance Wave therapy for ED different from Gainswave or radial wave therapy?

Our Renaissance Wave therapy is a clinically-proven treatment for ED. Its focused wave energy enables a targeted, deeper, pain-free treatment. The single, focused pulses treats down to the cellular level where it counts. Other radial shockwave treatments, including Gainswave, can be painful, require local anesthesia, and has not been proven effective. What kind of treatments do you have available for premature ejaculation?

Patient Services and Medical Assistance – FAQ

What’s the best way to get assistance if you need help?

Calling the clinic directly is best. You may also email your patient care coordinator at the clinic, or send a message on our website via SMSChat to reach a member of our patient services team. However, the SMSChat is only monitored during regular business hours.

If I have an issue after clinic hours, what’s the best way to get help from a Revibe team member?

In the event of a medical emergency, dial 911. If you have an urgent medical concern related to one of our treatments, we have a 24hr emergency line, and our healthcare provider will give you appropriate advice.

If I need help with TRT injections, what should I do?

The clinic staff will train you how to safely administer your own TRT injections. You can also have your injections administered by our staff each week for a small service fee.

Do you have a patient portal?

Yes, we offer a patient portal to help manage your initial new patient intake paperwork, and we have a secure telehealth platform using Doxy for your telehealth appointments and other services. How long does it take to get test results?

Generally, you will receive your initial lab results within 48-hours of your appointment or visit.
