Staff was very polite and helpful. Easy to talk to and well versed in the service they provide. I went in asking for information on TRT and the physician I spoke with took his time to inform me of the different options they offer in detail, allowing me to determine which would be better for my goals. He provided me with pros and cons of each and left me without any questions.
